1. Services
Robert M Edwards provides Customer Experience (CX) Health Checks and consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses. The scope of each engagement will be outlined in your proposal or engagement letter.  The Services shown on the website with pricing are intended to be a guide and may be updated from time to time - the engagement letter will confirm the final pricing and services to be provided.

2. Payment

• All fees must be paid upfront by card or bank transfer.

• If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact Robert M Edwards at mail@robertmedwards.com.

• Work will not begin until full payment has been received.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all information, access, and cooperation required for the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All client information is treated as confidential.

• Reports and recommendations remain the property of Robert M Edwards until full payment is received. After payment, you may use them internally for your business.

5. Liability
Our services are advisory. We do not guarantee specific results. Robert M Edwards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the services.

6. Cancellation
Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted. Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy it within 14 days.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
